Authorities in Lehigh Acres are continuing to investigate a death that occurred at a home on Joel Boulevard near Charlie R. Mathney Park.
This incident happened on Saturday, and as of Monday, one person is confirmed dead, with no arrests made.
Over the weekend, detectives from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office were seen outside a home on the 600 block of Joel Boulevard, with the area cordoned off by yellow tape.
The scene has since been cleared, but the investigation remains active.
Late Sunday night, the Sheriff’s Office posted on X that detectives are continuing their investigation and will provide pertinent updates.
